That’s it folks!  Our first outdoor market season has come to a close.  We’ll be back at the Brooklyn Flea and New Amsterdam market in the spring. I8NY dinner with LOCAL ROOTS

On July 31, 2011 at 7pm I8NY will cook 5 courses of CSA inspired food at 61 Local:

Le menu:

Orwasher’s bread toast: whipped ricotta with sea salt, heirloom bean puree with rosemary

salad of summer lettuces

fresh egg fettuccine with basil and chive pesto, roasted garlic, summer squash

red wine braised short ribs with currants, carrots, turnips, radishes

panna cotta with summer berries
