Orwasher’s bread toast: whipped ricotta with sea salt, heirloom bean puree with rosemary
salad of summer lettuces
fresh egg fettuccine with basil and chive pesto, roasted garlic, summer squash
red wine braised short ribs with currants, carrots, turnips, radishes
panna cotta with summer berries
